Tenant Screening:

We have a stringent tenant selection process to ensure the most qualified tenants for your property. Besides the credit check, we personally verify the employment, income and past landlord references. Oftentimes, we also personally interview the tenants.

Draw Up Lease Agreement:

We prepare the lease agreement as per the Residential Tenancies Act. 2006, and include several provisions to protect your interests.

You don't need to worry about late-night phone calls from tenants, we look after all maintenance issue of tenants and coordinate and follow-up on any repairs.

Property Inspections:

We do the move-in/move-out inspections and also inspect each property every quarter to ensure that your property is well taken care of.

Non-resident Taxes:

We take care of withholding taxes and file the NR6, NR4 forms and assist with the Section 216 return every year for non-residents.

Payments and Record Keeping:

We provide monthly and annual statements along with all receipts. Our simplified statements makes tax filing easy.
